The act of sharing is one of generosity. Put something out there with the best medium you could have, internet. With almost everyone nowadays have internet anytime anywhere on their palm, It will helps you to publish and engage audience anytime, anywhere, right when you need.

“The Internet is a copy machine,” writes author Kevin Kelly. “Once anything can be copied is brought into contact with internet, it will be copied, and those copies never leave,”

You ideally want to have something you post on the internet, wether it’s your work, documentation of your work, a picture of yourself, your trip, or whatever you want to post online, to be copied from one screen to another, to every corner of the world with the viral power of this copy machine called internet. So don’t post things you’re not ready for everyone in the world to see.

Post as though everyone who can read it has the power to fire you.

Seriously.

Make no mistake, although there’s things on internet that can be used as your diary, it is not your private diary.

Always remember two things before you put something on the internet. The reason why you put something on internet: Because you think it might be helpful or entertaining to someone on the other side of the screen. Another important thing to remember is the fact that anything you post on the internet has now become public.

You are picking and choosing every single word.

Be open #

Billy Boen through his movement called young on top, taught me that others might learn a thing or two from hearing or seeing what you’ve shared. Things that matters in your life might also changed someone’s life.

Share things and moments you’ve been through, share imperfect and unfinished work or anything that matters to you. But don’t share absolutely everything. Share things that you want feedback on. What you share is the sum result of the choices you make. Your preferences. Your likes. Your dislikes. Your Complains. Each of them are based on the analysis of the information available to you. Share something to the internet gives you the ability to receive digital data around you and translate them into visible signals. This is your new sphere of perception. These information will support your judgment of the situation, enhance your perceptions and you will improve your decision.

You are now becoming a better version of yourself.

But remember, There’s a big fat difference between sharing and over sharing.

You know it. Yes,

So What? #

“SO WHAT?” Ask yourself that every time before you publish something to internet. Don’t overthink it; just go with your gut. Ask yourself, “Is it helpful? is it entertaining? Is it something i comfortable with my boss or my mother or my girlfriend seeing?” There’s nothing wrong with saving things for later. That’s why the SAVE AS DRAFT button invented.

SO WHAT?
